NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator will hold a public hearing on the date and time indicated below to receive and consider the statements of all persons who wish to be heard relative to this application. PROJECT NAME: Kelly Brothers Painting Building Project Amendment #2 APPLICATION #: 2020-00000113/ZC-AMD-LLA PROJECT LOCATION: 11020 Trails End Court (APN 019-920-017), 12225 Pioneer Trail (APNs 019-700-023 and 019-700-024) APPLICANT/OWNER: Bill Kelly, Kelly Brothers Painting PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant is requesting an amendment to the previously approved Kelly Brother Paint Building (Planning Application 12-017/ZC-MUP), which was approved in July 2012 and amended in August 2013. The applicant is proposing a Lot Line Adjustment to incorporate 69,346 s.f. of additional land to the north of the existing project site and requesting a Project Amendment to the Zoning Clearance to install 30 additional parking spaces on the acquired land, reconfigure the existing parking area to add six new spaces to the existing eight spaces, including five spaces dedicated for equipment, and after-the-fact approval of the 100 s.f. shed, 320 s.f. metal storage container, and outdoor storage. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: The Community Development has determined the project to be exempt from further environmental review pursuant to Sections 15305 (Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations) and 15311 (Accessory Structures) of the California Environmental Quality Act.
