PROFIT SHARING PLAN, are the owners and holders of that certain obligation evidenced by a Promissory Note dated May 23, 2017, and secured by that certain real property as evidenced by a Deed of Trust executed by RAY WARREN EXLEY, Trustee of the RAY WARREN EXLEY, M.D. NEVADA FAMILY TRUST, Trustor, to FIRST AMERICAN TITLE INSURANCE CORPORATION, Trustee for ROBERT I. NOVASEL and RICHARD W. SCHWARTE, Co-Trustees of the NOVASEL & SCHWARTE INVESTMENTS, INC.
