PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a private sale of real property and the hearing before the Court to confirm the private sale of the Protected Person's property located in Douglas County, Nevada will take place on the 29th day of September, 2020, at the hour of 1:30 p.m. at the Judicial and Law Enforcement Center located at 1038 Buckeye Road, Minden, Nevada 89423, in Department 1 thereof. The Protected Person's property is described as, 926 Dean Drive, Gardnerville, Nevada 89460; Douglas County Assessor's Parcel No: 1220-15-210-069. The Guardian will sell all rights, title and interest of DENNIS DOYAL, Protected Person, that the estate has acquired by operation of law or otherwise. At the sale the person presenting the highest offer to purchase the property will be selected, and after selection submitted to the Court for confirmation or approval of sale. All purchasers are notified that the Court must confirm the sale after being satisfied that it does not appear that the sum exceeding the bid by at least Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) may be obtained. The Court will conduct a hearing at or immediately after the sale to confirm the highest bid offered. See NRS 159.146.
