The 5.01-acre vacant parcel was conveyed to the Town in 2006 and subdivided in 2007. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Staff has determined the project to be exempt from further environmental review pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the California Environmental Quality Act.
